Fast growing FMCG drinks brand seeking new Senior National Account Manager - Grocery


  • Deliver volume sales targets and agreed profit on Top 4 Grocery customers
  • Responsible for RR's, JBP's and all product development
  • Achieve the highest standards of execution for the brand in store
  • Deliver compelling, well thought out and inspiring presentations to the retailer
  • Manage all areas of retailer/business partnership
  • Manage annual terms negotiations
  • Deliver a high quality of work and contributions to overall account team, whilst providing day to day guidance and development of direct reports

  • Track record of delivering profitable growth with at least one of the Top 4 grocery accounts
  • Strong training and principles
  • Experience with a starter / challenger brand and been part of growth - either on new product launch within a bigger brand or developing a start up brand
  • Good self starter, able to operate effectively on their own or with a team
  • Track record of 'leading' from the front with joint business planning, pricing and commercial negotiations
  • Proactive, positive outlook, outgoing person who loves to challenge themselves
  • Has recently been at a National Accounts Manager or Senior National Account Manager - Grocery level

Job Offer

£60,000 to £70,000 (inclusive of car allowance) + bonus + benefits
