National Account Controller

Business Unit Controller leading a team on an important and challenging account for the client. This is an opportunity to take a step up in your FMCG sales career, to make your mark in an amazing business, as well as develop yourself and others to the best of your ability.
-Develop and deliver multi-channel AOPs
-Develop different sales strategies to support the diverse elements of the channel
-Own joint business plans across several customers
-Accountability for effective management of sales promotions, terms management and the achievement of promotional efficiency targets for the channel.
-Be accountable for the mix of the client's products sold through the channel specifically developing strategies and tactics to drive high revenue, impulse packs and products as part of this mix.
-Be accountable for delivering in-store execution, high standards of distribution, display and promotion as defined in the UK annual marketing calendar and operating plan across the channel.
-Be accountable for developing and strengthening key customer relationships across all customers in the channel.
-Ensure best practice sharing is carried out
-Be responsible for setting and consistently communicating a clear vision and objectives to team motivate and inspire their performance.
-Be responsible for development of their team, via coaching, feedback and formal training, to ensure performance in role, development of their own teams and readiness for movement into other roles.
-Ideally 8-12 years' in Sales/National Accounts or equivalent
-Currently work in Sales for a Top UK FMCG company within Grocery/Retail channels
-Quick, clear career progression in FMCG, Sales, Grocery
-Management of key account or channel sales strategy
-People management experience
-DTS sales experience
