Our Client is a highly progressive, sector leading business supplying a variety of innovative employee benefit solutions to a highly demanding and expanding customer base.

Due to their continued growth, a new and exciting opportunity exists for an ambitious and highly effective Account Manager to join the commercial team in a newly created role. The main remit will be to maintain and grow business levels and enhance key relationships with both new and existing customers. The RAM positions are high profile within our client’s organisation. As such, administrative support will be offered by a Senior Office Manager dedicated to the field-based account managers.

What is essential is the drive and energy to maintain regular and good quality contact with customers and their employees in order to retain / increase revenue alongside enhancing the brand and profile of the business.

Candidates should possess the following skills:-

  • Excellent customer-centric & relationship management skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to book existing client meetings
  • An ability to provide strategic and added value advice to customers
  • Evidence of previous experience of solution based selling is essential
  • Experience of salary sacrifice products would be desirable
  • Knowledge & application of core activities within a key account management role
  • Proven track record of developing strong and effective relationships with customers
  • Full UK driving licence and prepared to travel frequently within a defined territory
