The Company: This heritage brand name has been manufacturing and exporting high quality pet food across the world for over 100 years. With an exciting growth strategy in place, the role of a Key Account Manager has arisen due to exponential growth within the business.
The Role: This Key Account Manager role will see the successful individual manage sales through the cash & carry and large wholesale channels. Covering the North of the UK, you will manage a small number of existing accounts worth over £2 million in sales. Responsible for promotional activity, tactical marketing, brand positioning, stock control and relationship management, you will be given total autonomy to develop relationships across the board.

The Person: The ideal candidate will have a background in working for a branded FMCG product in the petcare or animal nutrition sector, with senior level sales responsibility of accounts. Candidates from a related industry with key Account Management experience and dealing with major wholesalers or cash & carry firm are also of interest. Strong relationship building skills are essential.

The Package:
£30000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
