Retail Commercial Manager

THE ROLE: As a Retail Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of adult and infant continence products into national retailers and pharmacies. With the account base already established, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with buyers and increasing category share and profitability.

THE PERSON: To succeed in this role, you will need a strong track record of key / national account management. It doesn't matter which category, you have operated in previously, but you will need to demonstrate strong knowledge of head office retail environment and be able to give clear examples of when you have successfully negotiated with head office buyers.

THE PACKAGE FOR RETAIL COMMERCIAL MANAGER:

• Basic: £45,000 - £50,000
• Bonus: £7,000

LOCATION: The position for Retail Commercial Manager covers - National: Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Exeter
