Our client is a quirky alcoholic drinks company based in London. They are looking for a confident and creative Head of Marketing to lead their marketing team in a young, dynamic and commercial environment.

Heading up a marketing team of 3 people, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of all the exciting brands in this portfolio and will manage the budgets, activation and channel strategies for each. Each brand across the portfolio will offer varying levels of autonomy so you must be adaptable to this. You will organise and manage promotions and events, including trade shows, food & drink festivals and bespoke trade activity.

The successful candidate will have at least 18 months' experience in a Marketing Manager role or currently operating at Head of Marketing level, with a strong knowledge of the UK drinks on-trade/off-trade markets. It is essential that you have experience working in the drinks industry, any applications without food/drink experience will not be considered. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital as you will be the key contact for liaising with brand owners. You will have budget, people and brand management experience. This is an extremely hands on role so it is important that you bring a positive and proactive attitude.
