The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be selling to intermediaries including mortgage brokers and financial advisors, operating in a role which is a great mix of account management and business development. You will retain your accounts once established, and will benefit from excellent training, leads and sales career prospects.

The Company: With a history stretching back over a century, our client is one of the market leaders in their field in the UK. They specialise in providing a range of mortgages and are now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager to join their team in the South East.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong sales skills
• You will have experience of selling mortgages
• Internal or field sales people will both be considered
• A consultative approach is required
