Global Head of Demand Planning, Northamptonshire
The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Global Head of Demand Planning within the Electronics company based in Northamptonshire.
The role
The Global Head of Demand Planning job will require someone to provide leadership to the demand planning function. You will be required to drive continuous improvement, embed a collaborative approach to forecasting, process efficiency and implement forward thinking processes.
The candidate
The successful candidate for the global head of demand planning job in Northamptonshire will have the following attributes:
- Strong leadership skills (up to 40 direct reports)
- Understanding and application of forecast and demand planning methodology
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
- Knowledge of forecasting systems – JDA or similar
- Ability to drive improvements
- Proactive and forward thinking
The package
- £65,000 - £75,000 dependent on the right experience
