As one of the strongest brands in specialist hair care, our client has grown phenomenally over the last 3 years. Their products are expertly formulated to meet the needs of all hair types and can be found in professional hair salons and on the high street. Although operating within the premium sector, the brand maintains its appeal to an ever expanding customer base with recent listings in John Lewis and Selfridges, alongside growth in export. With countless industry awards; their reputation for quality and innovation means their products are chosen by beauty-conscious consumers and celebrities alike. As part of their strategic growth plan they are seeking a passionate individual to join their Field Sales team on the professional division of the business.
As a Regional Account Manager you will use your in depth knowledge of the hair and beauty market to identify and realise opportunities to further grow the brand in line with business objectives. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will get a 360⁰ understanding of the business with a huge opportunity to positively influence sales. There will be a significant focus upon increasing the exposure of the brand by opening up new accounts with premium and high-end salons within the region of London. You will establish rapport with key decision makers from each account using consultative techniques and storytelling to achieve success. Comprehensive training from experts across the business will be provided upon joining. This is a field based role and will therefore include significant travel to make client visits, as well as regular meetings with the wider sales team.
In order to be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a field based sales role within a similar industry such as Haircare, Cosmetics or Skincare. Experience selling to professional salons, clinics or spas would be highly valuable. Personally you will be a highly motivated individual able to work upon your own initiative and demonstrate your hunger and passion to succeed within a highly competitive industry.
