Hovis Limited is a vertically integrated baking and flour milling business currently operated by The Gores Group as part of a stand-alone joint venture. The Company was created in April 2014 to help release new investment to upgrade its operational infrastructure and reinvigorate the Hovis brand, building on its rich heritage. Nish Kankiwala our CEO brings a wealth of commercial and marketing experience from previous roles with Unilever, Pepsico and Burger King. He has been an integral part of the business for the past 2 years and has recently taken over as CEO.

We currently have a National Account Manager - Wholesale and Cash & Carry opportunity. This role will provide progression and career development for the right candidate.

The purpose of the role is to grow sales profitably through the Hovis Wholesale and Cash & Carry channel across Convenience and Foodservice by retaining existing business, growing with existing customers and winning new business.
You will have proven success in senior account management roles aswell as:
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with experience in blue chip FMCG
- Excellent sales person and strong negotiator
- Previous experience of the convenience channel with extensive contacts
- Experience in new business development
- Good understanding of forecasting and track record of forecast accuracy
- Passionate and tenacious
- Gravitas and personal credibility with senior stakeholders
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
