With a turnover exceeding a billion USD, this company is now looking to expand its online presence by appointing a National Account Manager to grow and nurture an existing portfolio of online accounts. 

The Role: 

As E Commerce National Account Manager, you will work very closely with another NAM and simultaneously manage your own portfolio of online accounts. The key responsibilities include;

  • Define strategy for Key E-Retail customers designed to deliver of exceed sales targets 
  • Develop deep customer understanding to be able to offer a tailored approach to your customer and to leverage this understanding to influence decisions both internally & externally
  • Implements sales plans in the Key Account(s) in joint partnership with key stakeholders, with the intention to drive sales, increase brand awareness and product presence.
  • Forecasting sales effectively to drive production & sales.
  • Understand all key financial metrics for the customer, industry & company. 
  • Responsible for budget management of the Key Account(s), and all related invoicing and stewardship, forecasting all costs & managing the budget based on ROI per activity

The Candidate:

  • Amazon experience is ESSENTIAL  
  • Degree qualified
  • Creative in problem solving 
  • Ability to negotiate/influence effectively
  • Demonstrate growth of key online accounts 
  • Data analysis skills
