About our Client: 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthy foods! 

They're an established business who are already successful in the UK and have recently launched internationally as well. This business is dedicated to preserving the environment and to bringing next level nutrition to the world whilst supporting the environmental and social well-being of its people.

They are delivering a turnover of circa £10m and with a small team and a startup infrastructure it is important that people within this team are hands on and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business.  

This business prides its self on ethically sourced products and has won a number of 'Great Taste Awards'.  All of their products have no added flavours or artificial colours and fall under categories within Skin, Body, Food and Hair.  

They now want to bring the brand and the power to the people of the UK & Europe. 


About the Role: 

The E-commerce Trading Assistant will initially be joining a small but hungry and experienced team who are very focused on delivering their objectives. Supported by two senior members of the management team, the right individual must be super driven, work well individually and as part of a team. This is an incremental role for the business where you'll have a strong focus on relationship building and delivering financial and trading objectives across their online accounts. Happy to turn your hand to anything, the right individual will have experience in sales and new business, in particular opening new accounts in the targeted channels.


About You: 

  • A 'hunter' approach to sales - you'll be comfortable seeking and gaining new business.
  • 1-2 years sales experience gained in either field sales or business development ideally from within FMCG or Food.
  • Experience in digital marketing / online / ecommerce is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Excellent telephone sales skills - probing, objection handling, negotiation, strong closing, tenacity.
  • Be a fun and contributing team member.
  • Eager to learn everything about business.
  • Self-starter and hungry for success.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Good computer skills (Office etc.)
  • Fun!

You're ideally of graduate calibre or otherwise can show progression in a business/foodie role - and you should be passionate about FMCG, food and wellness. This is a fantastic opportunity!
