The Role: Based in the Northern Home Counties, the new National Sales Manager will be managing a team of 10-12 sales people who sell into independent car dealers in a purely new business capacity. You will spend half your time working from their head office with the rest out with your team, shadowing and supporting them regularly. Full company and product training is standard here, along with the potential opportunity to grow into a Sales Director role.

This division offers website advertising for the automotive sector, offering a cost-effective and highly attractive proposition. Now looking to recruit a new National Sales Manager to join their progressive and successful team.
For this National Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong field sales experience
• You must have a track record of managing a new business field sales team
• Any experience in the automotive industry is a bonus
• Inspiring and organised candidates with plenty of gravitas
