Job Description : looking for a field sales executive to take over this high growth area selling to existing hardware, DIY, electrical and garden stores and builders merchants and also open and trade with new accounts

Responsibilities include:  

  • Maintaining, developing  existing customer relationships and grow sales in these accounts
  • Identify, open and trade with new accounts
  • Sell from existing ranges and also promotional ranges
  • Carry out merchandising as required at the customer site
  • Work closely with your own dedicated internal sales support
  • Educate and train customers on new products, legislation changes
  • Provide consultancy to customers on how they can grow their business with our ranges and marketing assistance

The Person:

The ideal person will have previous field sales experience and a successful track record selling to independent retailers. This would suit an individual who is customer focused, results driven, good communicator, teamplayer, punctual and wiling to learn and follow processes

Must have a full UK driving licence

Competent in Microsoft Excel and have good IT skills

Full induction and product training is provided, to be completed at the main head office based in Essex.
