Job Details

The Role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including Account Management and Business Development, managing direct reports, growing margin, and using data you have familiarised yourself with to tell a story to the customer. You will be building relationships and acting as a spearhead for internal and external stakeholders, and will have a professional approach appropriate to the account you will be working on. 

You will have demonstrable experience of successful leadership within the FMCG industry, preferably within non-food and the C&I or grocery channels. You will thrive under intense pressure. Challenges will be an opportunity to succeed, rather than an excuse to give up. You will have become used to this mentality and way of working from your time as a SNAM, and will be ready for the next logical step in your career. You must be able to tell a compelling story of your work history, and will have been promoted within in large or blue chip organisations before.
