The Role

We are recruiting a Commercial Controller to develop relationships and drive the Retailer Brand agenda with key customers to profitability grow Burtons Biscuits Retailer Brand business.

Typical Day

The Commercial Controller will:

  • Drive Innovation and Development to deliver retailer brand Tonnage, GC and EBITDA for retailer Brand total

  • Account Controller Management responsibility Aldi and Ldil (Retailer Brand) - working alongside branded Account Team

  • Manage SNAM M&S and NAE/Admin Exec

  • Manage Retailer Brand Customer Facing Team

  • Work alongside Insights and Category to Develop "Sell" presentations by account for short, medium and long terms opportunities

  • Work Closely with Wider Sales team to ensure engagement and alignment at all times with customer

  • Work closely with Platform development to ensure short, medium and long terms Retailer Brand opportunities are managed and executed when needed

About You

The successful Commercial Controller will:

  • Have strong experience in Retailer Brand Customer management.

  • Experience of Account management of Mults/Discounters. Ideally Aldi.

  • Line Management experience

  • Ideally come from an FMCG background

  • Be full P&L trained
