Our Amazon team are on the hunt for a pro-active, positive and pragmatic Business Manager who can actively drive sales by overseeing the management and development of the account and support the Channel Manager in successfully achieving budgeted targets. The successful candidate will monitor, manage and lead all activity with their team as well as being responsible for establishing a strategy alongside the strategic direction of the business, having input into the overall company plan/forecasts. In return we will be offering a great package, made up of a basic salary circa £35,000 along with a budget related bonus and other benefits including a fantastic holiday scheme.

The successful applicant will be initiating business plans with Amazon to maximise opportunities, effectively coach and manage the performance of the team and lead and drive changes in ways of working to assist in delivering the sales strategy for the business. As a result we are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual with both team management and industry/online retail experience, with a proven track record of achieving results.

The role will also involve supporting and selling in promotional activity in accordance with the sales and marketing strategy, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of all account operations - sales delivery, performance management, collaborative forecasting, product development, profitability and service level/availability and building meaningful relationships with customers and internal support functions.

You will be able to demonstrate experience of budgeting / cost control and interpretation of MI, be confident in building and delivering professional presentations and be MS Excel proficient. Strong commercial awareness, exceptional planning, organising and problem solving skills and a passion for sales and service are key.
