Retail Training Manager

£35,000 - £45,000 + car, bonus, pension

The purpose of this role is to design, deliver and execute an effective training plan across all Dyson retailers, the retail sales team, and demonstrators covering all aspects of product knowledge and 'why dyson' sales skills.

You will plan, design and deliver training through 'retailer academies', increasing their product knowledge, awareness of the brand and help them deliver the 'why Dyson' message. You will also be responsible for coordinating NPD launches, and ensuring samples and materials are provided for the retail team. You will deliver comprehensive training sessions on new and existing products to ensure knowledge, engagement and enthusiasm is transferred to our retailers store staff.

Skills

• Experience in working and understanding electrical retailers
• Previous product training delivery
• Previous soft sales skills training delivery (listening / questioning and closing).
• Training design and delivery in large, matrix organisations where engagement of multiple stakeholders is required.
• Presentation skills - able to present confidently in front of a varied audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
