Moving away from a retail stratosphere this ‘concierge’ approach allows the most HNW clients to shop within their own comforts, whether this be in their place of work ie. their current training ground or backstage at their latest tour location. MJJ are now looking to recruit an expert Sales Manager to work closely with the Directors, driving the field sales team forward currently consisting of six executives, soon to grow. The role will largely involve implementing and optimising sales strategies to improve the existing platforms and to generate new business.

Previous luxury goods market experience and personnel management experience is desired for the role, and personal attributes relating to being a self-starter and problem solver are a ‘must.’ Based on the client base currently language skills would be beneficial in French, Spanish or Portuguese.


The individual appointed must be a strong team player who will support and motivate the team to drive sales forward; you will be in charge of setting targets, KPI’s and forecasting for the sales force as a whole, as well as overseeing distribution in the wholesale market to over 170 accounts for the Wolf Watch Winders side of the business.

This role gives the successful applicant an opportunity to work within the luxury goods market, working within high-end watches and jewellery, and an opportunity to join a fast moving and highly driven team to offer a bespoke and exclusive service to VIP clients.



The company head office is Nottingham based, however general operations involve a large amount of field work and overseas travel therefore flexibility is essential.
