Here at Molson Coors we are looking for a forward thinking National Account Manager to work in our Off-Trade team with Tesco. This is a unique opportunity for a National Account Manager to join a high performing team and help shape the future relationship with the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership for implementation of individual customer business plans ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • Accountability for achieving commercial targets for the individual customer(s)
  • Responsible for unlocking new commercial opportunities within the customer / channel and implementing the contact strategy
  • Responsible for the customer relationship ensuring a broad range of contact points across the organisation and achieving agreed targets for Customer Service Audits

About You

  • You will be an experienced NAM having worked with multiple grocers
  • You will have prior experience of managing a P&L.
  • You will be energetic, a go-getter, and have the drive to achieve exceptional results
  • You will have fantastic commercial understanding with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot commercial opportunities
