Our client is Global FMCG Company manufacturing instantly recognised brands across the globe! The company are looking to appoint a National Account Controller to join and lead an energetic & driven Sales team. You will report to Director Level & key responsibilities listed below.

The Role:
·Lead the team of 6 NAM's and strategy to maximise channel performance.
·P&L Account for large complex, multi-million t/o account
·Make positive changes to improve performance
·Lead and develop the JBP's
·Coach and develop key talent

The Person
·Of graduate calibre with minimum 5 years FMCG experience.
·Proven Track record of P&L Management
·Ideally a at Controller level or a Senior National Account Manager ready to step up in a FMCG company
·Creative and commercial astute
·Entrepreneurial, resilient and agile.
·Results focused, passionate and highly motivated.
