Job Description: Recruiting for a Specification Sales Manager to join this successful company. You will be developing new and existing relationships predominantly with house builders, developers and contractors. This is a new role for the company, you will be working closely with the Sales Director to develop this key route to market.
The Person: Demonstrable experience of specification sales within the bathroom sector. Experience of working with developers, contractors and regional house-builders is essential, you will be adept at sales and growing business as well as an excellent relationship builder who can grow and maintain the customer base. Despite close support from the Sales Director you will need be able to work unsupervised out on the road conducting visits and work on your own initiative. This will mostly take place inside the M25, therefore easy access into London on a daily basis is essential.
Salary Details: £35,000 - £45,000pa + company car + bonus
