At Mars, our Senior National Account Managers deliver profitable sales and category growth with a key grocery customer. If you work as a NAM in FMCG will know this already. What you may not know is that at Mars Petcare we have a fantastic portfolio of brands, a healthy pipeline of NPD and all the tools you need to achieve this.

Of course you will need to be able to build strong, mutual relationships with the customer, have strengths in negotiation, influencing and the strategic agility to develop a long-term strategy. This is a given. At Mars our Senior National Account Managers need exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and align a cross functional team of talented individuals behind an inspiring purpose and clear strategy for the customer.

This Senior National Account Manager role is integral to our succession to Channel and Customer Director roles, we are therefore looking for people with the potential and desire to progress within our business.   • To be degree educated (or equivalent)

This role is field based but there will be a requirement to be in Waltham one or two days a week. Waltham is close to Melton Mowbray and just a 40-minute commute from Leicester, Nottingham or Newark.
