Transactional Finance Administrator - Enterprise House
A vacancy has arisen within the Credit Management department for a Transactional Finance Administrator. Reporting to the Independent Credit Control Leader your duties and responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:-
  • Handle all inbound customer calls & emails in a polite & empathetic manner
  • Ensure all customer queries are dealt with effectively & efficiently
  • Maintain effective liaison with a range of internal staff & customers
  • To keep accurate records of all correspondence & communication with internal & external customers
  • Sending of customer invoices and credit notes by both email and post.
  • Processing of card payments
  • Authorisation of customer deliveries in accordance with our procedures
  • Assisting with cash allocation
  • Sending out of statements & overdue letters
  • Assist Credit Control with their portfolio of accounts when required
  • To contribute wholeheartedly to the teams goals
  • Escalate to the Team Leader/Manager any internal or payment issues with customers.
  • Other Ad Hoc duties as requested by the Team Leader/Credit Manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:-
  • Experience of having worked in a fast moving, pressurised team environment
  • Experience of dealing with a large volume of inbound calls
  • Excellent customer service & administrative skills.
  • High standard of written & oral communication skills
  • IT literate, ideally knowledge of SAP & intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal & problem solving skills
  • Reliable, Team Player, affable and can communicate effectively with both internal and external customers at all levels.
