Divisional Sales Manager

At McCurrach we work with leading global brands including Nestlé, Unilever, Heineken, PepsiCo, Kimberly Clark, Kerry Foods, Microsoft and Hewlett Packard. We are looking for someone with strong field sales experience to join our Nestle PAWS Team to manage a team of Territory Sales Managers.  Our Territory Managers represent the Nestle PAWS products in the retail sector and are field based.  This is an ideal opportunity for somone with field sales management experience to join an expanding team within McCurrach.

All About The Role

The Divisional Sales Manager role is primarily about performance management of a team of full time Territory Managers - ensuring delivery of results through field based coaching, team meetings, training, development and appraisals. You will have sound experience of leading & performance managing a sales team within a FMCG environment to develop sales, distribution, visibility and availability of our client's portfolio of brands.

All About You

Ideally you will be working in a similar role, with experience of the Convenience and/or Grocery Channel. You will have excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills, and be willing to go the extra mile to achieve your team and personal targets; a truly authentic leader. Whilst we are ideally looking for FMCG experience, we are happy to consider experienced managers from other markets.

Full UK driving licence essential (with no more than 6 points or previous bans).
