As a result of an internal move, the business has a rare opportunity to recruit a new Grocery Account Controller to lead and develop one of its most crucial customer relationships.

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will lead a small dedicated customer team to strive for excellence and exceed customer expectations whilst delivering profitable growth and achieving revenue and margin targets.

Working at a strategic level with the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the development and successful implementation of annual customer plans, and will assume a very hands on role with the customer to ensure this is being delivered successfully and on time.

In order to succeed in the role, it is preferable that interested parties are able to demonstrate success whilst supplying recognised branded portfolios into £multi-million grocery customer accounts.

You will be inspired by cutting edge NPD and category approaches, and have the strength of character to project manage internal relationships, and ensure these are a continual part of your customer development plan.
