Ceuta Healthcare is representing a client with an exciting new home health monitoring range, including blood pressure monitors, high tech digital thermometers and body fat analyser scales. We are now recruiting a new sales team for our client, working in our CeutaMed division.

We are recruiting a team of 5 Pharmacy Diagnostic Managers (PDM’s) to call upon retail pharmacies, key accounts and other healthcare professionals. The team launches on 1 September, initially on a 6 month pilot programme, the success of which may lead to permanent employment. We also need to recruit a manager for the team.

The geographic areas to be covered by the PDM’s are:

· North England (Manchester, Leeds M62),

· The Midlands (Birmingham, Derby, Leicester),

· South West England & South Wales

· The Home Counties (North of the Thames)

· The Home Counties (South of the Thames)

PDM’s will be making approximately 5 calls per day and we are seeking people ideally who have experience of managing independent pharmacy sales territories and who have the communication skills that make them excellent detailers. The main aim of the PDM role is to sell our client’s products, so drive and determination to meet and then exceed sales targets are a natural requirement. A background in diagnostic sales will also be of benefit to applicants.

For the manager’s role, we are seeking an ambitious person who has the competencies and skills to manage the team to our high standards. Reporting to Ceuta’s Director of Healthcare Professional Services, the manager will also be required to deal with the client and so excellent communication skills are vital to making this role a success. The ideal location for the manager will be in the Midlands or Southern England.
