THE ROLE: As a Telesales Executive/Customer Service Representative, your time will be split between converting new business opportunities and developing existing accounts. Your leads will be self-generated via proactive database searches as well as passed to you from other teams within the office. Selling into a wide range of UK businesses across a variety of markets you will be dealing directly with Business Owners, Managers, FM's and MD's offering them a range of solutions including managed print services and postal options.
THE PERSON: You will be working in an industry where relationships are key, so it is vital that you are a great rapport builder and can develop long lasting business relationships. What you have sold previously isn't important, however, you will need to have previous sales experience or telephone work experience, which could have been gained in customer services.
