The Company: Our client is a UK market leading car park management company who have been operating for over 15 years. They have evolved from less than 10 employees to over 300 with over 3,500 facilities nationwide and have the benefit of being a part of a larger group. They've experienced 30% annual year on year growth and are looking to support this growth by expanding their commercial team with this National Sales Manager position.

The Role: You will be responsible for a team of Regional Sales Managers, who sell their full car park management solution, including ANPR, software and mobile App technology. This state of the art solution allows clients to alleviate the problems associated with non-patron parking and ensure in a cost effective manner management of their site. This management role is both a strategic and hands on operational sales position; with the intention to coach and develop the existing team to further their skills and ambition.



For this National Sales Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Structured, consultative b2b sales experience and managed a sales team
  • Excellent track record of achievement
  • Coach and developer of sales people
  • High activity, positive approach and attitude



Benefits of this National Sales Manager role:
  • £50,000 - £60,000 Basic Salary
