Are you a high calibre UK National Account Manager looking for a change and to broaden your experience? Are you passionate about understanding global markets? Are you looking to join an entrepreneurial business that has achieved double digit growth year on year?

This is an International Business Manager position for a contemporary and well-loved brand. Our client is world famous for the innovation and design of it’s products. With a presence in over 100 countries globally they have a strong focus on their international growth. This is a unique and rare opportunity to join a business that is an established SME with ambitious growth plans.

Reporting into the International Sales Director you will be responsible for driving sales of the products through distributors. As an integral part of the EMEA team, you will have a strong focus on relationship building, delivering your financial target, delivering on volume and trading objectives across Europe and hold full P&L accountability for your markets. You'll be responsibility for managing the commercial relationship with the distributor in each market and developing the strategy to maximise potential. This is an exciting role as you will be responsible for Poland, Ukraine, Czech republic and Russia.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent. You will be either a high calibre UK National Account Manager or an International Sales Manager looking to progress your career in an entrepreneurial business. Ideally you will have experience and understanding of how to drive forward commercial relationships, setting the commercial long term and short term strategy and be analytical in nature.
