Field Sales Manager – Coffee & Machinery

Field Based - Nationwide

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading full coffee solution specialists.  They grow and roast all of their own coffee sourced ethically from the world’s most renowned regions. The company produces a number of fantastic retail brands and also provides a full coffee solution including ingredients, equipment and on-going maintenance to the Out of Home channel. Their customer base ranges from the UK’s most instantly recognisable high-street restaurant brands and top grocery retailers to high-end fine dining establishments and independent coffee shops.

They are now looking for a talented Field Sales Manager to lead a team across the independent foodservice channel.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Full P&L responsibility for the independent foodservice channel consisting of 2000+ customers nationally
  • Management and coaching of 9 Territory Sales Executives
  • Ensuring achievement of the business’ sales targets - increasing profits, market share and brand awareness
  • Mentoring the national sales team to deliver against their core KPIs including coffee sales, machine sales and maintenance contracts
  • Supporting the team commercially in negotiations with key customers
  • Working closely with the National Account Controller to devise and implement an effective on-going sales strategy

Those with experience in the coffee industry will be at an advantage but standout individuals from other FMCG backgrounds that understand the foodservice channel are also encouraged to apply.
