The Role: Representing the market leaders in business to business sales recruitment, the new Talent Manager will be responsible for resourcing candidates across London and the South East. Making a minimum of 20 calls per day, you will engage with sales applicants across job boards such as Reed, Monster and Indeed, searching for the best b2b sales talent in the market. Your role will be to engage with these people, talk through their experience and requirements, to assess whether BMS Performance are in a position to help with their jobs search.

Working towards a weekly target of calls and bookings, you will invite candidates to meet with the consultants on site. Writing and advertising jobs on a weekly basis, you will manage ad response and keep this up to date. This role involves a high level of administration, using Salesforce CRM.
