They’re now in a position for someone to join the team to effectively head up the OOH channel, leading the strategic agenda and take ownership.
A few words to describe this London based foodie brand: Gourmet, Quality, Perfection, Wildly Delicious, A Taste Sensation! All of that within a close knit, ambitious and driven team of individuals who are taking the market by storm! They are uniquely positioned, hold a No1 range in the market and have a great deal of NPD still to come.
To be successful here, you’ll need to hold the following experience, skills and attributes:
- FMCG experience in working with either High Street Retail or Convenience Retail/ Impulse customers
- Experienced in P&L management and JBP development
- Highly organised, detailed and straight forward in your approach
- A capable and strong negotiator – shrewd
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a sales and new business mentality yet structured in your approach
- Know your own mind, happy to take direction as well as set the way
- Great with numbers, you know them, own them and stay one step ahead
As Senior National Account Manager you will be responsible for initially managing three key strategic High Street Retailers, running these accounts to their full potential and develop a wider channel strategy from there. This will include:
- Customer negotiations through JBP development
- P&L responsibility and accountability
- Driving visibility and distribution
- Developing the OOH strategy taking full ownership
- New business development into Convenience Retail
