Interested in a start-up? Want to be the one setting direction and driving the growth strategy? Whilst you’ll be supported by the founders who both have a great deal of FMCG sales and marketing experience you can really make an impact here and will be the one who they put their trust into to deliver!  A unique opportunity and amazingly exciting!

 

This position offers:

  • Flexible working (home based contract) – take as much time at home or time in London as desired.

So – Senior National Account Manager/ Controller – what will you be up to in this role?

  • Growing volume, value and distribution
  • Properly disrupting the category
  • Developing significant grocery retail relationships enabling NPD, further listings and pushing out the old and in with the new!
  • Enabling compelling sampling campaigns and developing an emotional connection utilising ATL advertising
  • Developing a UK sales strategy continuing the triple digit growth
  • Team leadership and development

In brief – what are we looking for in the person who will be successful in the appointment?

  • You’ll be comfortable with being uncomfortable
  • A self-starter… an understatement for you.  You have sheer drive and tenacity which will come from an inherent fear of failure and the desire to make something your own.
  • Not only can you come up with a sales strategy, you can implement it.  You’re a dooer who understands the power of brand and market trends.
  • You will have a solid understanding of the grocery retail landscape
  • Ideally you’ll have worked for both a blue chip and an SME in the FMCG world but this isn’t a necessity – you just have to be an FMCG professional who has a passion for the industry.
  • This is a start-up – you have to be willing to get involved in everything!
  • You’ll be strong with numbers and P&L management – again, this is a start-up, you won’t be wrapped up in cotton wool – you’re the expert here.
