My client, a leisure and sport business, based in South East England, are looking for a Graduate Sales Executive - Fitness, to join their global business.

Client Details

My client are a very well-known wellness company with an aim to make people happier and healthier. They manufacture globally recognised gym equipment and operate in over 100 countries across the world.

Their products are top of the range, premium products with an estimated £35 Million users per day. With over 30 years' experience in the market and year on year growth of 20% they are really excited about what the future holds.

The successful candidate will join a vibrant, exciting sales team and will be provided with excellent training. You will be given scope to make the role your own and there is a clear progression path to develop within the business. You will work from home and out on the road with occasional visits to the office.

My client offer excellent training, progression opportunities and are looking for people who want to develop a career. They promoted circa 30 people in their sales team last year and all the senior leadership team started in junior roles. Description

The Graduate Sales Executive - Fitness:
  • Office based, you will qualify inbound leads, working with the customer to understand their requirements.
  • You will be responsive for selling the benefits of my clients products, closing sales
  • You will be personally responsible for managing, nurturing and closing leads and opportunities
  • Demonstrating products within the excellent show room gym to potential clients
  • You will work with the current customer base to promote further products/services, and secure long term customer retention
  • You will thrive off high activity, conducting strategic outbound call engagements to both potential and existing customers in partnership with the marketing team.
  • You will take an engaging yet strategic and consultative approach, listening to customer's needs, goals and budget to determine and present the appropriate products
  • You will be responsible to hit and exceed sales targets.

Job Offer

£20,000 - £22,000 per annum basic salary

£8,000 - £10,000 commission
