My client is a supplier of a wide range of home and personal care products. Established for over 60 years they pride themselves on their strong retailer and brand relationships. Having brought numerous of products and brands to International markets from their small team in the South East of England, they are now looking for a Brand Manager to help continue to grow one of the company’s newest beauty brands.

As Brand Manager you will report directly into the CEO and manage all aspects of the brand including product, ecommerce, supply chain and trade. It would be your responsibility to devise the brand strategy and marketing plan, as well as ensure it is implemented from start to finish. This is an extremely autonomous and hands on position with a great deal of visibility across the company with the target of growing and developing the brand Internationally.

To be considered for the position you must have experience managing an FMCG brand within the cosmetics, personal care or electrical industry ideally. Although Assistant Brand Managers looking for a step up will be considered, candidates must be comfortable making decisions at a senior level extremely autonomously. Strong product management experience will also be favoured.
