A fantastic opportunity for a Brand Manager to play a pivotal role in the organisation's growth strategy, taking ownership, and leading the brand planning and strategy in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager and Innovation team.

Description

The Brand Manager will utilise their creative and analytical skills to develop innovative and engaging campaigns across multiple consumer touch points, monitoring performance to deliver against brand objectives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial team to develop brand materials in line with commercial brand plans, and will constantly seek continuous improvement, new insights and market understanding to further hone the effectiveness of the campaign, but also its ability to disrupt the market and engage audiences.

The successful candidate will assist the Senior Brand Manager to develop the annual brand plan, focusing on research, goals, key objectives and the broader activity set to deliver the plan; communications, product development, brand development, packaging and in-store activation. The successful candidate will also work closely with the Digital team to ensure all social content is in line with strategy.

The Brand Manager will utilise their natural curiosity and desire to learn to seek out the best possible way to engage retailers in brand plans and innovation launches, supporting strategic customer category planning sessions when necessary.

It is of high importance that the successful candidate will ensure accurate financial control of budgets, and so will always seek to maximise commercial opportunities to achieve company objectives.

This role is office-based in Gloucester.
