Account Manager - Household Items - £35k

The Role: Covering the Central region, the successful Account Manager will be selling a range of plastic household products, across multiple product categories into independent retailers, garden centres and wholesalers. Responsible for a total account base of over a million, you will have c10 key accounts that will require more regular visits and responsibility. If you have strong territory management experience in the retail sector and want to develop into a Key Account role, this could be the position for you.

Requirements: To be considered for the Account Manager role you must have:
  • Sold into retailers, garden centres or wholesalers
  • Ideally a non-food product
  • A structured, organised approach
  • Personable, self-motivated and driven candidates sought

The Package for the Account Manager:
  • Basic: £30,000-35,000
  • Bonus / OTE: £6,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
  • Benefits: Mobile, laptop, iPad, fuel card, pension and 25 days holiday

Location: The position of Account Manager covers Birmingham and the West Midlands across to Lincolnshire, Leicester, Peterborough and parts of East Anglia.
