My client manufactures and markets one of the world's most popular foods of its kind with strong marketing positions in over 90 countries. My client is passionate about their culture with a focus on innovation and inspiration as they try to expand their brands and continue leading the market world-wide. Due to growth in the business they are now looking to add a National Account Manager - TOP 4 to the highly performing sales team.

UK head office is based in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire.

Description

National Account Manager - TOP 4
  • Responsible for the day to day management of several accounts and being the face of the company to your key contacts
  • Achievement of high sales targets and delivery of company goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long term success
  • Attend business review and planning meetings with customers on a regular basis
  • Be the link between customers and internal departments to ensure customers' requirements are met
  • Identify key opportunities within the marketplace to develop the brands
  • Secure annual business plans with key customers to drive profitable growth
  • Analyze sales data and trends including EPOS and Nielsen to identify risks and opportunities to the business
  • Work with Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
  • Work closely with Western Europe E-commerce manager to ensure opportunities are realised with your direct account base
  • Liaise with ecommerce team of main grocery customers to include E-commerce on all business and innovation reviews






Profile

National Account Manager - TOP 4
  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager with a of minimum 5 years' within FMCG
  • Track record of working with Grocery accounts
  • Experience in negotiating and meeting customer requirements
  • In depth understanding of sales performance metrics and analysis
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive and results driven
  • Availability to travel as required
  • Good knowledge of Excel particularly and Microsoft office applications in general (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
