Away from Home (AFH) is the number 1 growth channel for the UK over the next 3-5yrs, with a strategy to unlock step changing Share and Revenue. This is a very exciting time to be joining PepsiCo and we are currently recruiting a Field Sales Controller who will be at the heart of unlocking our growth plans, focussed on Workplace, Restaurants, Cafes, Pubs and Culinary expansion.
As well unlocking the growth potential for AFH you will lead the Field Sales operations including managing a team of up to 110 (10 direct reports).

Accountabilities:
Core
  • Own the overall commercial delivery of the various AFH Field Operations, with associated reporting
  • Collaborate with the central Field ops support team for route engineering, analytics and capability
  • Lead continuous improvements of WOW, for example:
  • Refine working methods
  • Enhance selling stories
  • Establish transfer order processes with key RTMs
  • Support channel development in identifying Future growth opportunities through PSP process
  • Explore manufacturer partnerships to unlock further influence and/ or new business opportunities
  • Develop recommendations for ongoing optimisation of the various field operations


  • Regional Accounts
  • Ensure tight co - operation between the New Business and "Sustain and Leverage" teams to maximise growth Collaborate with the central Field ops support team for route engineering, analytics and capability


  • Pubs & Cafes
  • Partner with Go to Market Transformation Manager to transition the operation away from the project team and into a sustainable operation


  • What we are looking for:
  • Experience managing a field operation
  • Experience with Multi - Layer management
  • Account Management experience (ideally FMCG) working with multiple customers
  • Strong Financial awareness - structure of P&Ls
  • Knowledge of Away from Home sector - desirable
  • Strategically minded
  • Genuine passion for people Management
  • Partner with Go to Market Transformation Manager to transition the operation away from the project team and into a sustainable operation
