The Role: The Business Development Manager is a senior sales position within the organisation, that exists to work closely with existing account relationships across Scotland - specifically in the Wholesale/Cash & Carry and Convenience/Symbols sector. You will be managing relationships and developing business with key customers, achieving growth through producing and implementing Business Plans to ensure standards, compliance, brand positioning, merchandising, product distribution and tactical marketing.

The Person: For this role it is essential that candidates have a background in FMCG sales in the convenience and impulse channels. Experience in creation of business plans together with profit & loss responsibility is ideal. You'll also be organised, commercially astute and a first-class communicator.
£40,000 Basic Salary
plus Bonus Potential
£5,000 pa Car Allowance
Expenses, Healthcare & Pension
Location: living or commutable to Glasgow
