My key client now has a vacancy for a Field Sales Executive to cover their Teesside territory (Durham to Redcar). This is a new business field role, responsible for winning new SME business across various industries (contract value up to £50k p/a).

Recruiting exclusively for a key client within the business services sector. My client is a large corporate, branded market leader in their industry.

Description

As Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for winning new SME business across various industries (contract value up to £50k p/a). The position is a self-generated new business field role covering Durham down to Redcar as a territory.

Profile

The successful Field Sales Executive will have the following demonstrable skills:
  • At least 12 months experience and a proven track record in B2B field sales.
  • Solution or service led sale would be desirable but not essential, my client is open on background.
  • Experience working to and achieving targets.
  • Ability to self-generate leads and win new profitable business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to journey plan and manage a territory.
  • Confident, self-motivated individual who can work autonomously.
  • Personable and outgoing.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Home base must be within the territory (County Durham to Redcar), the client cannot consider candidates based off patch.


Job Offer

£22-27k basic salary DOE + monthly commission + company car or car allowance + pension contributions + excellent flexible benefits.
