Exciting and Unique opportunity for a Marketer to join an industry leading FMCG company, based in Berkshire. This is a hybrid Trade, Marketing & Commercial role
Looking for an Ambitious, Driven and Hungry Trade Marketer or Marketer to take on full Autonomy and Responsibility to lead the UK marketing strategy within the professional side of the business (i.e B2B) & marketing activation in key ‘Out of Home’ customers (from Cash & Carry customers to National Accounts). Ideally need to have experience with:
* Trade and Channel marketing
* HoReCa / B2C / B2B
* Be commercially savvy and able to manage your own budget
* Be able to work cross-functionally.
* Be able to lead & create brand planning, promotional and training tool kits.
* Man-management experience (ideally up to 4) The role includes managing a high-performance team of 4, as well as managing and shaping the Marketing strategy and annual Marketing plans for this key channel. This is a very senior role within the business, you must be able to command a strong internal and external presence, as well as being strong on commercials.
