Salary: £30,000 DOE + bonus + benefits

My client is a family business specialising in the outdoor leisure equipment sector, the company has been established for over six years and is now recognised as the world’s most comprehensive and innovative product in their sector. The company was founded by a husband and wife team who decided to leave their corporate careers behind to create design led and innovative products. Supplying to specialist independent retailers this company has grown from strength to strength with a strong presence in the UK and international markets.

Role

Export is an increasingly important part of the business and due to ambitious growth plans they are now looking to bring in additional support. The company is looking to bring in two ambitious and energetic international sales executives to help them to continue growing. You will be responsible for proactively supporting customers quickly and efficiently via call and email, the business pride themselves on their customer service and getting it right the first time, every time. You will also develop and manage sales and the sales teams based in your region along with developing new business. Some travel will be required to your territories to ensure you are the face of the company and keeping up to date with trends in your region.

Person

To be considered for this new and exciting opportunity you must have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to identify new opportunities for business growth. You must have strong organisational skills with great attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly. For the German position you must be fluent in written and verbal German, for the other European countries role it would be preferred if you could speak Spanish or Italian. Being comfortable working within a small team is essential and you will ideally have some previous sales experience working with international customers for a manufacturing business.
