Outstanding opportunity for a strategic sales professional to join a highly progressive organisation and be an integral part of their future growth and success. A very favourable package awaits the successful candidate - who will have some experience in selling to Estate Agents or Letting Agents.

THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager in the North of England, you will be responsible for selling a range of services and solutions into Letting Agents - centring around energy services/tariffs and all-inclusive utility billing for tenants, home movers assistance platforms, and smart meters. The majority of time will be focussed on the acquisition of new business opportunities, you will however keep what accounts you develop - in addition to a portfolio of clients that you will inherit.


THE PERSON: Although knowledge of the residential property sector would be a distinct advantage. You'll be a confident, hunter sales personality - with excellent negotiation skills, alongside an articulate, professional demeanour.


THE COMPANY: This circa £200m turnover business is ever changing - they are committed to further market penetration and taking the business to the next level. Ongoing support and autonomy exists for excellent talent they wish to attract to the company.

THE PACKAGE FOR AREA SALES MANAGER:

Basic: £35,000 to £40,000

OTE: £60,000 to £65,000

Benefits: Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
