I currently have a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the most respected companies in their sector with an enviable reputation and product portfolio.

The Company

Our client is an industry leading supplier of tableware and light catering equipment to the foodservice industry.

They are a highly successful and professional business with an outstanding reputation, well respected by all in the industry for product quality and customer service excellence.

The Job/Duties

As a National Accounts BDM, you will be responsible for strategically developing business opportunities through national end users and emerging groups within the hospitality sector. 

Accounts will predominately be end-users, but you will also work in partnership with key catering equipment distributer partners. 

Key tasks would include -

  • Driving new business to achieve targets set by the business.
  • Visiting new and existing national end user customers whilst also working with national distributors.
  • Attend and present at various sector relevant exhibitions and meetings.
  • Promote the company brand and products to gain listings.
  • Develop an awareness of trends, the marketplace and competitors

The Person

Applicants should possess the following -

  • Experience of working as a National BDM or National Account Manager, preferably working within the HORECA sector.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your own performance.
  • Be keen and passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Be well organised and productive.
  • Be comfortable dealing with all levels of management.

The Package

  • Basic Salary £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
  • Bonus up to £12,500 per annum
