The Role: The Business Development Manager will be doing an even split of new business and account management selling uniforms and sportswear into primary and secondary schools across the Midlands and Wales. Liaising with bursars, head teachers and governors this role suits a professional, credible sales person who has a consultative approach and is an excellent relationship builder.

Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must have:

• Sold into in education
• Proven track record in winning and developing business
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills

The Package for the Business Development Manager:

• Basic: £28,000
• Bonus / OTE: £10,000 uncapped commission
• Car: Car or car allowance
