Want to be involved in a start-up in the FMCG sector?  Fancy something away from the usual snacking brands and after something truly innovative that smacks of success and pushes trends and boundaries?

 

This is an awesome opportunity to work directly with the two founders of a wonderful FMCG Brand who are uniquely positioned in their category and can be found at different locations in Grocery Retailers depending on your occasion!  With that uniqueness comes significant opportunity but also challenge to ensure the message is on point.  You’ll find their office in central London and a space which is incredibly sustainable and refreshingly different, surrounded by other manufacturers who have sustainable living high on the agenda! 

 

So what are they looking for?  A National Account Manager, a Customer Business Manager.  Someone who has worked with Top 4 Grocery retail and understands how to build and manage JBPs, the complexities they can bring, opportunities and all-round annual planning.  Someone who understands how these retailers think and what it takes to succeed within them.  Accountabilities for the NAM position are classical and as you would expect, no hidden surprises this is a traditional NAM role, but looking for someone to take this on who has an edge! 

What we’re looking for in someone who has that edge…

  • FMCG (Food or Drink) Top 4 Grocery experience.
  • Branded experience - If you have multiple brand experience or experience of operating across different store locations would be an added bonus!
  • Years of experience doesn’t matter, it’s about whether you ‘get it’, whether you have that fire, ambition and tenacity to deliver and keep delivering within national Grocery retail and building relationships with the buyers.
  • You won’t mind putting in the hours, this is not a 9-5 role, start-ups never are, but the reward is huge!
  • Flare for developing new business – that go-getting, hungry, tenacious attitude.
