Our client is seeking a high performing Project Manager.  The purpose of the role is to manage key Savoury Biscuits international innovation projects from concept approval through to launch.  The role will work with the project leads to ensure that these existing product development (EPD) and new product development (NPD) commercial innovation projects are delivered to right quality, cost and time targets.

The role will require someone with a strong positive can-do attitude that energises and inspires teams.  They will have an entrepreneurial spirit, pro-active mind-set and strong drive for results to drive projects forward and develop business improvements. They will be a great team player with excellent communication skills and able to successfully lead cross functional teams to high performance.

The role will report into the ‘Head of Innovation’ and will have one direct report who is a Product and Pack Change manager. The product and pack change manager is responsible for managing the artwork and set up process for new product and pack changes.

The role will require someone who wants to be part of the overall wider marketing team with their role of delivering added value innovation products that meet consumer needs being vital to the marketing team mission.

Qualifications

• -Project management experience essential
• -To be able to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload to priority projects
• -Able to build relationships and lead cross functional teams in an FMCG environment
• -Excellent communication, inter-personal and stakeholder management skills
• -A dynamic & convincing presenter with the commercial acumen to deliver robust solutions
• -Keen interest in food
• -Good level of numeracy, analytical skills and sound financial judgement
