Due to recent growth and expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales people manager to join this forward-thinking business.
THE ROLE: As National Sales Manager, your time will be solely focused on the management of a team of 50 self-employed sales agents - selling electronic card payment services to independent traders, in a new business acquisition capacity. The position will include recruitment, induction, training, appraisal, contact and development of self employed sales agents across the whole of the UK.
THE PERSON: You should have experience of managing a B2C or B2B team of sales professionals who are self-employed / 100% commission only. Commitment to achieving targets, confidence, an outgoing personality, and an inspiring character are desired traits for the new National Sales Manager.
